Bonds Could Hit .400 

Here's an article by Dan LeBatard illustrating that Barry could hit .400 if they never played a shift defense against him, or even if he bunted down the third-base line every time they shifted. (Thanks to S. Shelby for pointing out this article.)

You know, Barry, if you would just purposely go the other way a couple of times, they might stop the shift, and then you could start hitting that .400. Maybe lay one down every so often. They would stop, I swear.
